1. What's included at launch
- A mobile-friendly website of up to 5 pages (for example Home, About, Services, Gallery, Contact), custom-designed for your business
- A contact form, SSL security certificate and basic SEO (page titles, descriptions and a sitemap)
- A simple logo: 2 concepts and 1 round of revisions
- Google Business Profile setup and verification
- 1 business email address on your domain
- A domain name for your website, registered by Main Street Pixels (or, if you prefer, connection of a domain you already own)
- Facebook and Instagram business profile setup (setup only, no posting)
2. What's included every month
- Website hosting, security updates and backups
- Website updates of any kind, up to 1 hour of custom work per month (for example new photos, hours, prices, text, reviews or page changes). Unused time does not carry over.
- Yearly domain renewal ($19.99 per year value), when the domain is registered by Main Street Pixels
- Email support, with replies within 2–3 business days
- A yearly check-up of your Google Business Profile
3. Not included (available as add-ons)
New pages beyond 5, redesigns, full brand identity (color palette, brand guide, business cards), flyers, menus, signs and other print or promotional materials, social media posting or ads, online stores, booking systems, custom features, additional email addresses and rush (same-week) requests. Add-ons are quoted in writing and approved by you before any work begins.
4. Price and billing
The subscription is $24.99 per month, charged automatically to your card or bank account through Stripe on the same day each month, starting on the day you subscribe. There is no upfront fee. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, we may suspend your website until the balance is paid.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by emailing eugene@mainstreetpixels.com before your next billing date. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. When your subscription ends, whether you cancel or stop paying, the website is taken offline and the website, logo, design materials and any domain registered by Main Street Pixels remain the property of Main Street Pixels (see section 7).
6. Your responsibilities
You provide the text, photos, service list and business details for your website and confirm you have the right to use them. We aim to launch within 3 weeks of receiving your complete content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your site and for replying to our questions in a reasonable time.
7. Ownership
- You always own your business name, your content and your photos.
- Main Street Pixels owns the website, its design and code, the logo and all other materials it creates. You may use them for your business while your subscription is active.
- Main Street Pixels owns and renews the domain it registers for you; the yearly renewal ($19.99) is included in your subscription. If your subscription ends, the domain stays with Main Street Pixels, and we can transfer it to you later for a fee.
- If you connect a domain you already own, it stays yours.
8. Requests and support
Send update requests and questions by email to eugene@mainstreetpixels.com. Requests are handled in batches, typically within 5 business days. Phone and text support are not included.
9. No guarantees on results
We build your website and profiles to good-practice standards, but we cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Hosting, email and payment services rely on third-party providers, and we are not responsible for their outages.
10. Limitation of liability
Main Street Pixels is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
11. General
These terms are between Main Street Pixels LLC, Doylestown, PA and the business subscribing, which agrees to them by checking the box at checkout or signing a service agreement. They are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We may update these terms with 30 days' email notice; continuing your subscription after that means you accept the update.
